PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
After placing an order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase.

All information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purposes.
Orders may be cancelled until they are picked, processed and packed. Please note your order may be processed on the same day, so we recommend calling as soon as possible with your intention to cancel. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation after fabrics have been printed.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE UK
Orders placed outside the UK may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value. It should be noted that Hafza Studio has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, Hafza Studio cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.
